Research Focus

The Center for Technologies for Healthy Aging focuses on engineering technologies to improve aging research, clinical practices, and interventions that enhance longevity and reduce the disparity between biological and chronological aging. Key initiatives include developing advanced biosensing technologies, biomedical devices, and leveraging machine learning to analyze diverse patient data for predicting health trajectories. The Center also emphasizes nurturing entrepreneurial efforts, fostering cross-sector collaboration between academia and industry, and regularly engaging with diverse stakeholders through quarterly meetings to increase support and awareness for aging-related research and innovations.
